Tahitian-style raw fish

Ingredients
- 400g fillet of fresh tuna (red or white depending on the catch of the day)
- 3-4 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1/2 onion
- 1 carrot
- Chives
- 15 cl of fresh coconut milk
- 2 lemons
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
1) Cut the tuna fillet into cubes
2) Peel, deseed and halve the cucumber lengthwise then slice it finely
3) Chop the tomatoes into cubes
4) Finely slice the onions, peel then grate the carrot, then mix everything in a large bowl
5) Finely chop some of the chives
6) Squeeze the lemon juice into a large bowl, marinate the pieces of tuna with some of the lemon juice, add salt & pepper, and mix well
7) Then add all the vegetables, season if necessary and finish by adding some of the coconut milk to the mixture
