Winner of the 2023 Gastronomy Festival in the "Beach Star" category, Coco Beach has solidified its reputation over the years. It's the perfect place to indulge in a Caribbean break that is as refined as it is relaxing. From 9:30 am, coffee can be enjoyed facing the sea with feet in the sand, under the first rays of sunlight. Throughout the day, you can savor a gourmet lunch and chill by the water on comfortable loungers at Coco Beach.
From gazebos on the beach to the restaurant and lounge areas, choose your atmosphere to enjoy lunch, crafted by Chef Laurent Saudeau - a 2 Michelin-starred chef. A delightful blend of French cuisine and global flavors enhances the experience of this paradise setting.
Open daily until 6 pm (closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays during low season), Coco Beach also invites you every Friday evening to enjoy music along with its tapas, cocktails, and cuisine cooked over a fire pit.

Located on the village square at Orient Bay, Le P'tit Bistrot creates a cozy atmosphere perfect for romantic dinners. The friendly team offers attentive service and expert advice on choosing from the gems coming out of the kitchen. You will undoubtedly be charmed by Le P'tit Bistrot's specialties crafted by Chef Sarah, who emphasizes the use of fresh ingredients. Enjoy traditional French cuisine with rustic and expressive dishes.
Starters and tapas highlight classic French specialties such as foie gras, escargots, charcuterie, baked camembert, and onion soup. Le P'tit Bistrot also features perennial favorites like ham and truffle macaroni stew, iconic beef bourguignon, or the famous seafood stew with the catch of the day. For dessert, indulge in Le P'tit Bistrot's chocolate mousse, crème brûlée, or a plate of fine cheeses. Will you also succumb to the specialties of the bartender and their signature cocktails?

Welcome to the temple of authentic Creole cuisine! Ginette arrived from Guadeloupe with a talent that shone brightly at the Saint-Martin Gastronomy Festival: in 2023, her table was awarded the Authentic Stars category, honoring the best of traditional Saint-Martinois cuisine.
Situated in Marigot on the Marina Royale, let yourself be carried away by flavors that warm the palate... At Ginette's, warm hospitality and good humor are essential ingredients in her homemade cuisine. Taste the deliciously seasoned dishes crafted with love, inhale the aroma of generous plates reminiscent of Sunday meals, embark on a burst of flavors after sipping a homemade planteur...
At Ginette's, the best of Creole cuisine is on the menu: breaded shrimp salad, codfish fritters, garlic shrimp, chatrou or lambi fricassee, chicken colombo, snapper fillet, triggerfish, smoked marlin, crayfish in coconut sauce, baked chicken... For dessert, the unforgettable homemade coconut flan is worth saving room for, a true delight with flavors of the Caribbean.
Ginette's can accommodate up to 25 guests in the cool comfort of her air-conditioned dining room or on the terrace for intimate dining. The restaurant is open for lunch from Monday to Saturday from 12 PM to 3 PM. It opens in the evening for small groups by reservation only.

The population of Saint-Martin gathered on Rue de la République in Marigot to support the participants in the BBQ competition, while enjoying local specialties to the sound of Caribbean music.
The BBQ competition is one of the must-attend events of the Saint-Martin Gastronomy Festival for all audiences.

At the lolos of Grand Case, the smoking grills delight you at any time of the day. Sky’s The Limit has become a must-visit spot since Rodrigues Gumbs's triumph at the 2023 Gastronomy Festival: he was the BBQ champion.
Along the turquoise bay, the lolos (short for "locals") are traditional restaurants that are highly cherished. They specialize in grilled dishes, the quintessence of traditional Saint-Martin gastronomy. It's essential to stop by Rodriguez Gumbs's place, the winner of the BBQ competition at the 2023 Gastronomy Festival.
Here is authentic Saint-Martin cuisine and its rainbow of flavors. Start with some codfish fritters, stuffed crab, Creole blood sausage, or garlic shrimp. Since you're at the BBQ master's place, don't hesitate to try some ribs, which he is known for, or a freshly caught lobster. Pair it with coleslaw, Creole rice, plantains... And if you want to taste conch, a staple of local cuisine, know that Sky’s The Limit is also a top spot for preparing this delicious mollusk.
You can't eat at the lolos without trying the famous Journey Cake, the traditional little bread that Saint-Martin is known for and that accompanies all the dishes. At Sky’s The Limit, it is prepared in the purest local tradition, following a family recipe. All the island's flavors in a single bite.
The mixology competition
After an initial selection phase in July, 6 participants competed in the semi-finals during the 2023 Gastronomy Festival, aiming to be among the 3 finalists and win the title of "Best Mixologist of Saint-Martin 2023/2024."

A gastronomic gem for the most discerning palates. In 2023, the Caribbean Journal ranked Le Pressoir first in the selective list of the 50 best restaurants in the Caribbean. That same year, the establishment also won the mixology competition at the Saint-Martin Gastronomy Festival. A must-visit!
On the boulevard of Grand-Case, the centenary Creole house of Le Pressoir invites you to savor tradition and refinement. A warm decor filled with history and authenticity, combined with a subtle contemporary touch, gives this French gourmet restaurant a strong personality.
The establishment of Milaure and Gil, highly committed to the quality of their products, remains a reliable choice for a high-end dining experience in Saint-Martin. Season after season, new surprises delight the eyes and taste buds, guided by the chef's discoveries and inspiration: Jérôme Droingt draws from French culinary culture with creativity and passion to continually renew himself and offer gourmets a total delight.
More than 250 wine references will accompany your meal. La Part des Anges, dedicated to the discovery and tasting of a rigorous selection of Caribbean rums, offers over 150 references along with a fine cigar cellar.
For a romantic dinner, a business meal, or a convivial moment, Le Pressoir is open every evening from Monday to Saturday. Annual closures are the first two weeks of June and the first two weeks of September.
The food trucks competition
A new competition emerged during this third edition, the food truck contest.
The judges discovered bold flavors competing to delight their taste buds and vie for the grand prize. Each bite offered an unmatched street food gastronomic experience.

The best food truck in Saint-Martin! Winner of the 2023 Gastronomy Festival in its category, Claquettes Chaussettes also won the prize for best dessert. You'll love their tartines, burgers, focaccia, and homemade desserts!
In their Caribbean sky-blue truck, Arthur and Victoria bring a cheerful spirit to their passion for cooking. At Hope Estate, they make lunch a delight with a menu created each week, shared every Monday on their Facebook page. Tartine with hummus, goat cheese cream, or maracuja guacamole, single or double butcher’s steak burger with Comté or raclette cheese, focaccia with marinated peppers, smoked salmon, or Greek style, homemade fries… Every week is a parade of delights at Claquettes Chaussettes. Arthur and Victoria’s desserts are also a festival of treats, but a special mention goes to their famous "Failed Chocolate Cake" served with a spoon. It's said that anyone who tastes this dessert goes crazy for it... Addiction warning!
The food truck also appears at some festive events in Saint-Martin. Additionally, it can be privatized with a custom menu for your events.
Claquettes Chaussettes is open from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday to Saturday.

The dessert competition at the 2023 Saint-Martin Gastronomy Festival delighted guests with sweet creations brimming with ingenuity and delicacy. Talented pastry chefs competed to dazzle the taste buds and win the title of the island's most exquisite dessert.

Kevin Bludso is a chef, television personality, and two-time Steve Harvey Hoodie Award winner. In 2008, he opened Bludso's BBQ, his small takeout BBQ stand in Compton, California.
It has since grown into an international empire, with a flagship restaurant, "Bludso's Bar & Que", in Hollywood, a booth at the LAFC soccer stadium, a location at Proud Bird at LAX, and a restaurant/bar called "San Antone by Bludso's BBQ” at Crown Casino in Melbourne, Australia. He is a judge on the hit show "Netflix BBQ The American BBQ Showdown", and has appeared on several shows such as: "Diners", "Drive-Ins and Dives", "Bon Appétit", "and "Bar Rescue" .
