The best table of Saint-Martin 2022-2023
Dear Partners,
The Saint-Martin Tourist Office is organizing the third edition of the “Festival de la Gastronomie” from November 11th to 22nd, 2023.
Our goal is to highlight your expertise and showcase our beautiful destination. To participate, we are asking you to conceive a dish based on sorrel, the featured ingredient this year, and serve it to the public from November 11th to 22nd, 2023.
You can also participate in the "Best Table of Saint-Martin 2023-2024" contest, and receive the visit of a committee of culinary experts as a jury.
The competition is only open to restaurants located on the French side of the island.

Registrations for the 2025 Festival de la Gastronomie competitions
Dear Partners,
The Saint-Martin Tourist Office is pleased to announce the fifth edition of the Gastronomy Festival, taking place from November 11 to 22, 2025.
Our goal is to showcase your expertise while shining a spotlight on our destination and its rich culinary heritage. We invite you to take part in one of our competitions — a unique opportunity to welcome a panel of regional, national, and international culinary experts specially assembled for the event.
Here are the competitions for 2025:
- Best Table in Saint-Martin 2025/2026 (November 11–22, 2025)
- Mixology Competition (November 11–22, 2025)
- BBQ Competition
- Private Chefs / Caterers Competition
- Food Truck Competition
- Dessert Competition
Registrations are open until September 30, 2025.
These competitions are open to all culinary professionals registered at the Chamber of Commerce on the French side of the island.
