Registrations for the 2026 Festival de la Gastronomie competitions

The Saint-Martin Tourist Office is pleased to announce the The sixth edition of the 2026 Gastronomy Festival, November 11–22, 2026.

Our goal is to showcase your expertise while shining a spotlight on our destination and its rich culinary heritage. We invite you to take part in one of our competitions — a unique opportunity to welcome a panel of regional, national, and international culinary experts specially assembled for the event.

Here are the competitions for 2026:

• Best Table in Saint-Martin
• Mixology Competition
• BBQ Competition
• Private Chefs / Caterers Competition
• Food Truck Competition
• Dessert Competition

Two new features this year:

• Pizza-making competition
• Street food competition

Registrations are open until October 15, 2026.

These competitions are open to all culinary professionals registered at the Chamber of Commerce on the French side of the island.
