November 8, 2026
Taste of Sunrise celebrates breakfast at the Saint Martin Gastronomy Festival. Local and international chefs put a creative spin on breakfast classics using fresh ingredients. It’s a fun, friendly event where you can discover the culinary richness of the day’s first meal.

Restaurants competition
November 16–18, 2026
The island’s finest restaurants take on the challenge
of creating a signature dish before an exceptional panel of judges: 15 guest chefs, including Michelin-starred chefs, “Meilleurs Ouvriers de France,” and international talents. A high-level competition that celebrates the culinary richness of Saint Martin.

Local and international chefs share their expertise during outdoor workshops: sessions for adults, children, the media, and businesses, as well as evening sessions. In an idyllic setting overlooking the sea, Marina Fort Louis is transformed into a true hub of culinary discovery.

Private Chefs Competition
November 17 and 18, 2026
Saint Martin’s private chefs compete in an intense culinary challenge. Joining them is Jason Santos—star of *Hell’s Kitchen* and renowned judge—who evaluates their technique, creativity, and flavors. A highlight of the festival, where excellence goes hand in hand with a gastronomic spectacle.

Mixology Competition
November 11–22
Mixology, a true art form in Saint Martin, takes center stage at the Gastronomy Festival. Local professionals will compete in the presence of industry stars such as Mia Mastroianni, Arthur Sutley, and Phil Wills, who will offer demonstrations and expert advice.

Culinary Village
November 13 and 15, 2026
In the heart of Marigot, the capital of Saint Martin, the Village de la Gastronomie brings together more than 20 restaurateurs and artisans for three days of culinary discoveries and festivities featuring local and international artists.

Cocktail and food pairing
November 19, 2026
Enjoy a unique sensory experience where chefs and mixologists combine their talents to create perfect pairings between dishes and cocktails. Local flavors elevated by original creations, for a tasting experience full of emotion, just like Saint Martin itself.

Street Food Competition

The Food Truck Competition at the Gastronomy Festival showcases local food trucks offering a variety of cuisines: street food, Mexican,
French, and more. The judges evaluate the quality of the dishes, the truck’s design, and the customer experience.
It’s a dynamic competition that highlights the creativity of mobile cuisine.

BBQ Contest
November 15, 2026
BBQ is celebrated in Saint Martin at a one-of-a-kind event. Under the watchful eye of renowned BBQ master Kevin Bludso, star chef and Netflix judge, 10 professionals compete for the title of Best BBQ, while visitors enjoy local grilled specialties and live music. A delicious tribute to the culinary culture of Saint Martin.

Wine and cheese pairing
November 12, 18, and 19, 2026
The Festival celebrates the French art of the aperitif with refined tastings at participating wine shops. Carefully selected wines and exceptional cheeses come together to offer a convivial, elegant, and decidedly indulgent experience.
