Laurent Huguet, a graduate of the Strasbourg Hotel School, has built an impressive culinary career. He honed his skills at Le Buerehiesel before joining the brigade at Le Crocodile, a three-Michelin-starred restaurant where he worked for 22 years, earning a reputation for his precision and passion. He later led the Relais de la Poste to a Michelin star, remaining there for six years. Today, as the founder of Laurent Huguet Conseils, he shares the expertise he has accumulated over 33 years in fine dining.

Founder of Bludso’s BBQ
Kevin Bludso is a chef, pitmaster, and iconic American TV personality, and a two-time Steve Harvey Hoodie Award winner. Originally from Compton, California, he draws his culinary roots from Texas, where his grandmother taught him the art of traditional barbecue.
A key figure in Texas-style barbecue, he founded Bludso’s BBQ in Compton before expanding his empire to Hollywood and all the way to Melbourne. A finalist on Hell’s Kitchen and a judge on Netflix’s BBQ Showdown, he represents a smoked, generous, and authentic cuisine deeply rooted in African-American heritage.
