The main ingredient

of the 2025 edition

Do you know the

Passion Fruit?

Passion fruit, with its round or oval shape, comes in a variety of colors, including yellow, purple, red, and green. Inside, the juicy, aromatic seeds are a true delight, enjoyed fresh or pressed into refreshing juices.

In Saint Martin, passion fruit thrives both in home gardens and in the wild, blending seamlessly into the island's lush landscape.

This tropical gem is not only delicious but also packed with health benefits: rich in vitamins, antioxidants, and fiber, it strengthens immunity while offering endless culinary possibilities.

A must-try tropical treasure!
