Nestled in the heart of the private and secure Jardins d’Orient Bay park, this intimate spot is a sanctuary of tranquility where five discreet bungalows and an elegant villa flourish amidst lush nature. Cradled by this gentle way of life, the restaurant reveals itself as a well-kept secret: only six tables, with a maximum of fifteen covers, for a timeless moment.
In this cozy atmosphere filled with charm and elegance, Aleksandra and Sébastien invite their guests on a sensory journey inspired by their distant travels and the refined heritage of French gastronomy. Their signature menu, reinvented weekly, is an ode to the seasons, imagination, and perfect taste. A five-course composition where each guest selects their pairings from starters, mains, and desserts.

Winner of the 2023 and 2024 Festival de la Gastronomie in the “Beach Star” category, Coco Beach has built a solid reputation over the years. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a Caribbean break that’s as refined as it is relaxing. From 9:30 a.m., coffee can be savored facing the sea with your feet in the sand, under the first rays of sunlight. Throughout the day, whether for a gourmet lunch or to chill by the water in comfortable loungers, Coco Beach is the place to be.
From beach gazebos to the restaurant and lounge area, choose your setting to enjoy your meal, crafted by Chef Laurent Saudeau—2 Michelin stars. A delicious blend of French cuisine and world flavors perfects the experience in this paradisiacal setting.
Open every day until 6 p.m. (closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the low season), Coco Beach also invites you every Friday evening to enjoy its tapas, cocktails, and grill cuisine accompanied by live music.

Crowned Best Dessert and winner in the 2024 “City Stars” category, Savannah Asian Bistro is a go-to destination for discerning aficionados of Asian cuisine. The house specialty is Thai fondue, offered in both royal and vegetarian versions. The menu also features rich, creamy curries, aromatic sauces, and the signature spices that have made the Land of Smiles famous, including the iconic Pad Thai and succulent Satay chicken skewers. Guests are also invited on a culinary journey to Vietnam with traditional dishes like Pho soup, caramelized pork, and fresh spring rolls.
For dessert, Savannah showcases its creativity with delights such as Japanese strawberry shortcake, Thai coconut flan, and mango sticky rice with coconut sauce.
Located in Baie Nettlé and open for lunch and dinner from Tuesday to Saturday, Savannah Asian Bistro offers attentive service and convenient free private parking.

Tucked away in the charming lolo village along Marigot’s Boulevard de France, Sandy’s offers an authentic and welcoming atmosphere where you can fully indulge in the rich tastes of Creole cooking.
Start your day with a sweet and savory breakfast menu to satisfy every craving. For lunch and dinner, delight in Caribbean culinary gems such as crispy cod fritters (acras), golden stuffed crab, tender conch fricassee, slow-braised oxtail stew, perfectly grilled lobster, and the iconic chicken colombo. Sandy’s also serves hearty, flavorful soups.
For a quick snack, enjoy Caribbean-inspired sandwiches, wraps, and salads. And for dessert lovers, their crepes and coconut tart are simply irresistible.
Every Friday, the atmosphere livens up with Happy Hour from 6 pm to 8 pm, while Saturdays feature karaoke nights starting at 7 pm.

A scent of embers and tradition fills the air in the heart of Grand Case… Celebrated multiple times at the Festival de la Gastronomie, grill master and culinary alchemist Rodriguez — the undisputed king of barbecue — shines through his two renowned establishments. Alongside him, his wife Jacqueline masterfully elevates traditional local cuisine, delivering unforgettable flavors.
Under the banner of Sky’s The Limit, a heartfelt family story and culinary passion unfold across two must-visit venues. Located on Boulevard de Grand Case, in the vibrant lolos district, the first restaurant welcomes guests daily from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Here, diners indulge in exceptionally tender ribs and expertly grilled fish, seasoned with the chef’s secret recipe.
The second venue, situated at the entrance to Grand Case, is also open daily from 11:30 a.m. and remains lively well into the evening. It offers classic dishes like lobster, conch, and pig’s feet, with Jacqueline’s magical touch producing incredibly tender conch and irresistibly crispy fried crab. It is said this warm and hospitable couple holds the secret to the finest Journey Cakes — the traditional Saint-Martin bread rolls that perfectly accompany every meal or satisfy a sweet craving.
At Sky’s The Limit, every dish is freshly prepared daily — nothing is left sitting in the fridge. Each plate bursts with freshness and authenticity. Beyond their culinary skills, Rodriguez and Jacqueline’s genuine warmth makes guests feel like family, creating an experience as heartfelt as the food itself.

La Trattoria invites you on a delightful journey to the heart of the Dolce Vita. From Rome to Naples, savor authentic Italian flavors — from antipasti to focaccia pizzas — in a vibrant atmosphere with warm, welcoming service.
Each evening, the bar pulses with creativity. Winner of the Best Mixologist award at the 2024 Saint Martin Festival de la Gastronomie, La Trattoria offers signature cocktails crafted with expert flair by the talented bartender Yolene. After tasting one of her unique creations, delight in a rich selection of Italian specialties featuring sun-kissed ingredients like mozzarella, burrata, fruity olive oil, parmesan, prosciutto, and fresh tomatoes.
Highlights include the house specialty: linguini with truffle flambéed tableside in a parmesan wheel; the sweet and savory pissaladière with caramelized onions; classic veal Milanese; creamy porcini or prawn risotto; and generous rectangular focaccia pizzas served on rustic wooden boards. Seafood lovers can enjoy the fresh catch of the day.
The menu evolves regularly to showcase seasonal produce and new creations, with vegan and gluten-free options thoughtfully available to satisfy every palate.
La Trattoria welcomes you daily from 5 p.m., except Wednesdays.
The food truck competition
The jury was invited to explore daring and original flavors designed to tantalize their palates and vie for the Grand Prix. Every bite delivered an authentic and unforgettable street food experience.

When Mexico meets Saint Martin, a delicious culinary fusion is born - one that earned the QuesMex food truck top honors at the 2024 Festival de la Gastronomie. Jasmine and Saody confidently claimed first place in their category.
At QuesMex, these two passionate chefs skillfully blend the bold flavors of Mexico with the vibrant soul of Caribbean cuisine. Everything is homemade, crafted with great care in selecting quality ingredients. From tacos and burritos to quesadillas, they bring authentic Mexican dishes to life, enhanced by a unique Saint Martin twist that highlights the island’s local flavors. Whether it’s marinated chicken, beef, shrimp, Creole-style fish, slow-braised oxtail, or vegetarian options, each dish offers a delightful fusion of tastes from both cultures.
For a taste of this sunny culinary adventure, visit the QuesMex food truck on Spring Street in French Quarter every Wednesday and Friday from 6 PM to 10 PM. You’ll also find them at popular local events, including the lively Mardis de Grand Case during the season.

His gastronomic creations are a true feast for the senses, masterfully blending the rich culinary traditions of Haiti, his birthplace, with the multicultural soul of Saint-Martin, where he honed his skills in the art of French gastronomy.
From private villas to luxury yachts and exclusive events, this young chef meets every challenge with elegance, offering bespoke culinary experiences that linger in memory—each one shaped by his remarkable journey.
At age 11, Jackson left Haiti for Saint-Martin, where he excelled academically and quickly joined the ranks of the island’s most prestigious establishments, including the iconic five-star La Samanna. Mentored by seasoned chefs and enriched by culinary travels abroad, he developed his signature style: a refined fusion cuisine that celebrates Creole flavors while embracing the precision and sophistication of French culinary arts.

With options for vegetarians and vegans, fresh seasonal veggies, and decadent desserts, Wonderfood is all about quality through simplicity. The signature Wonder Bowls are the house favorite—customizable creations bursting with flavor. Think tender eggplant, creamy avocado, hummus, caramelized onions, smoked paprika corn, roasted broccoli, baby spinach, artichoke hearts... every day brings a new surprise. Choose your base (roasted potatoes, quinoa, or fragrant rice), add a protein (animal or plant-based), and finish with a sauce and dip of your choice.

David Drumeaux, a former pub manager and radio director, shifted careers in 2017 by training for a CAP in Cuisine at the Alain Ducasse School. Kevin Bludso is a chef and television personality, a two-time recipient of the Steve Harvey Hoodie Award, known for founding Bludso’s BBQ in Compton, California, in 2008. He also serves as a judge on the hit show Netflix BBQ: The American BBQ Showdown and makes appearances on various television programs.
