Taste of Sunrise is a local breakfast experience in one of Saint Martin’s iconic settings.

The 2025  Festival de la Gastronomie kicks off in style at the iconic Boulevard de Grand Case, a landmark of Saint Martin and a vibrant showcase of the island’s rich culinary diversity.
Renowned for its unique blend of Caribbean and French flavors, this lively avenue is the ultimate destination for food lovers seeking an authentic gastronomic experience.

For this special occasion, both locals and visitors are invited to discover the celebrated dining spots that have put Grand Case on the map. Throughout the boulevard, live music and a festive atmosphere will add to the charm of this tribute to Saint Martin’s culinary heritage.

November 12 and 13, 2025

The Private Chefs and Caterers Competition returns for its 4th edition in 2025, promising even more creativity and flavor!
Once again, Saint-Martin’s culinary talents will take center stage as chefs compete to impress a panel of experts with a complete menu: starter, main course, and dessert.

This new edition promises bold plates, elevated local expertise, and a fresh dose of innovation in the name of taste. Who will take the crown this year?

The Foodtruck Competition is making a grand return, promising a bold and creative culinary battle.

November 15, 16 and 17

Guided by chefs from around the world, participants will follow step-by-step recipes, discover unique cooking techniques, and learn a variety of culinary skills.

Sessions will be offered for both adults and children, so everyone can get hands-on in the kitchen.

And great news: the Sip ‘n Cook workshops are back! The perfect chance to learn how to pair creative cocktails with delicious cuisine in a friendly, festive atmosphere.

The BBQ Competition remains a highlight of the Festival de la Gastronomie of Saint-Martin!

Numerous professionals will compete for the coveted title of Best BBQ in Saint-Martin 2025, judged by the expert eye of Kevin Bludso, a true global BBQ star.

The public will fully enjoy the event by tasting the delicious specialties offered for sale by each participant right on site.

To complement this festive evening, artists will set the mood with vibrant Caribbean rhythms.

Student Competition

November 17, 2025

Hospitality students from the Vocational High School will prepare to take on a new challenge centered around passion fruit.
This competition will give them the opportunity to showcase their creativity and skills by presenting original dishes highlighting this iconic fruit of Saint-Martin, judged by a panel of professionals.

A must-watch event to support the next generation of local culinary talent!

Workshops in schools

November 13, 2025

Guest chefs will lead demonstrations and tastings for students at Lycée Daniella Jeffry, Collège Mont des Accords, and École Emile Choisy.
The goal is to raise their awareness and introduce them to culinary careers by showcasing the techniques and flavors that make Saint-Martin’s gastronomy so rich.

Restaurants competition

November 18 & 19, 2025

Saint Martin’s iconic culinary competition is entering a bold new chapter! For the first time ever, the prestigious 'Best Table' title will be contested live and in front of an audience at Marina Fort Louis in Marigot. Chefs will battle it out by category, cooking outdoors on mobile kitchen stations. The semi-final rounds, which will determine one winner per category, will take place on November 18 and 19. The grand finale, bringing together the top contenders from each category, will be held on November 21.

For the 2025 edition, an exceptional charity evening will be held in support of the Daniella Jeffry Vocational Highschool, bringing together internationally renowned chefs and local talents.

On the menu: a refined dinner co-created by the chefs and students, using carefully selected local ingredients.

All proceeds will go toward supporting the school’s educational projects and improving its infrastructure.

This unique event will combine gastronomy and solidarity, giving a meaningful boost to the island’s next generation of culinary talent.

The 2025  Festival de la Gastronomie's mixology competition will bring together the best mixologists on the island, all driven by a passion for creating innovative and refined cocktails.

These cocktail experts will compete to win the prestigious title of Best Mixologist of Saint-Martin, showcasing their expertise, creativity, and mastery of technique

This event highlights the art of cocktails in all their diversity, giving the public the opportunity to discover bold and original flavor combinations crafted from local and international ingredients

Not to be missed: the final of the restaurants competition will also take place on the same day, adding an extra layer of excitement to the program.  The event is open to the public, offering a unique opportunity to celebrate together the excellence, conviviality, and festive spirit of Saint Martin.

November 22, 2025

To close out the 2025  Festival de la Gastronomie, guests will be treated to a truly unique culinary experience.

All the guest chefs will come together in the kitchen to showcase their signature dishes, drawing inspiration from Africa, the United States, Europe, the Caribbean — and of course, Saint-Martin.

Local artists will set the tone with live music, promising a festive and unforgettable evening.


The Gastronomy Village will transform to welcome over 15 guest chefs from islands across the Caribbean, including:
