How to request a refund?
The 2025 Festival de la Gastronomie:
a 100% cashless event
Step 1: Log in to your account
Log in to your account to request a refund. If you don’t have an account yet, click the link to access the page and fill out the form.
Step 2: Link your account to your cashless card
Once your account is created, if you haven’t done so during the Festival de la Gastronomie, you will need to link your card to request a refund. To do this, enter the code found on the back of your card in your Cashless account.
Step 3: Request your refund
Go to the 'Refund' section to request a refund for your unused balance from the Festival de la Gastronomie.
Follow the steps in the form:
- Enter your first and last name
- Provide your IBAN
- Confirm the amount to be refunded
Step 4: Receive your refund
The refund will be processed within a few days to the bank account linked to the IBAN you provided.
A reimbursement system
- Refund of unused balance will be possible upon request for top-ups made by credit card until December 22, 2025
- No refunds will be possible for cash top-ups.

Cards can be picked up starting November 5.
