How to request a refund?

The 2026 Festival de la Gastronomie:

a 100% cashless event

Step 1: Log in to your account

Log in to your account to request a refund. If you don’t have an account yet, click the link to access the page and fill out the form.
MANDATORY :minimum activation of 10€

Step 2: collect your cashless card & link your account

Collect your cashless card at the Tourist Office stands. Then link your account to your cashless card

Step 3: pay

Pay with your cashless card throughout the entire festival

Step 4: refund by card only
