1) Cook the fonio in a steamer pot
2) Finely dice the shallot, garlic, mint, red and yellow pepper, the habanero pepper and scallions
3) Cook the crab meat
4) Mix the crab, eggs, breadcrumbs, coconut milk, salt, pepper and cooked fonio
5) Fold in the diced vegetables make sure they are evenly distributed
5) Then make balls approximately 5cm in diameter. Reserve.
